Tyrone was raised in his family's catering business in Melbourne Australia where he discovered his passion for the hospitality industry. Once qualified as a chef, he embarked on a world journey of culinary exploration, immersing himself in new cultures and cuisines and honing his skills in some of the most renowned restaurants and kitchens around the globe, working with Michelin-starred chefs and attaining AA Rosettes for his cooking in his own restaurant here in the UK.

After taking some time away from busy hotel and restaurant kitchens, Tyrone found his love of the private industry, working in  residences around the world whilst running his personal chef business in Clifton, Bristol.

These days, while at home in Somerset, Tyrone dedicates his time to his cookery school and event catering business, bringing his diverse and exciting food back to the West Country.
